This proceeding is the result of two consolidated cases heard by the Supreme Court Grievance Committee. Both involved the Respondent, Edward E. Dixon, who was admitted to the practice of law in Colorado on September 16, 1963. The Respondent answered the complaints in both cases, but did not appear in person or by counsel at the hearing.
