Judgment modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the sentences to concurrent periods of intermittent imprisonment of six months, to be served on weekends from 7:00 P.M. Friday through 7:00 P.M. Sunday. As so modified, judgment affirmed and case remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50.
