Ohler, was convicted by a York County District Court jury of a violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-508(1) (Reissue 1979), possession of burglary tools, a felony, and of a violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-511(1) (Reissue 1979), possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.
