OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Patrick Joseph Doyle was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OMVI) in violation of AS 28.35.030. Doyle was involved in a minor traffic accident and left the scene without providing required information to the driver of the other vehicle involved. He was traced to his home shortly thereafter by Alaska State Troopers, Laughman and Dennison, who knocked at Doyle's door, were admitted...
