After hearing on a formal complaint filed by a former client of respondent-attorney Carl W. Gellenthien, the Grievance Committee of the Supreme Court concluded that the evidence before it clearly and convincingly established a violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility, C.R.C.P. 241(B)(1). The Grievance Committee recommended that respondent-attorney's license to practice law be suspended....
