This case is now before the Court on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff brought this suit pursuant to the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution and 5 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq.1 Plaintiff seeks to enjoin his dismissal by defendants2 until he is given a full evidentiary hearing on the charges brought against him.
