Relator Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis seeks review by certiorari of an order of the Tax Court, claiming that the assessment of its property is based on an excessive market value, that the bank was denied equal protection under the federal and state constitutions, and that certain portions of the bank building devoted to "subtreasury" functions should be immune from real estate taxation.
