Unjust enrichment. The appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Woodard, had a joint checking account with the appellee, First National Bank of Atlanta (Bank). In October, 1978 Mrs. Woodard suffered the loss of her pocketbook containing her checkbook and all her identification.
