Presently before us in this case are two matters which are closely related, and which can be disposed of by one opinion and order. One matter concerns objections to confirmation of debtor's Chapter 13 plan; the other matter concerns relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 (1979).
