PER CURIAM:

The Federal Correctional Institution in Miami, Florida fired Thomas Budnick from his probationary position as a correctional officer. The Merit Systems Protection Board1 ruled that it lacked jurisdiction over Budnick's appeal from this action. We affirm this conclusion.
