After a four-day jury trial of James J. McAnally ("McAnally") on a nine-count indictment,1 the jury was unable to reach a verdict on Counts 1 through 6 (all of the misapplication of bank funds charges) and found McAnally guilty on each of Counts 7, 8 and 9 (the false entries charges).
