PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal by James Kenneth Morris from an order of the Circuit Court of Clay County denying his motion to arrest the judgment and grant a new trial and sentencing him to from one to five years imprisonment for unlawful wounding. His primary contention is that the trial court erred in not affording his appointed counsel adequate time to prepare for trial. We agree and reverse the conviction.
