Curtis Hewitt was convicted by a jury on three counts of unlawful possession or receipt of firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1) and 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1). He assigns numerous points of error, but we find it necessary to consider only one.
