Beatrice Hutton and George Edward Hutton have appealed the summary judgment granted Methodist Home in a will construction suit. They are the heirs of L. G. Hutton, deceased. At the death of L. G. Hutton his heirs (the Huttons) succeeded to his status as a co-defendant in a suit filed by Minnie Price and Esther Williams. Methodist Home was the other co-defendant.
