The Mississippi State Highway Commission, under Mississippi Code Annotated § 11-27-83 (Supp. 1980), the "quick-take" statute, condemned .18 of an acre of sixteenth section land which Antioch Baptist Church, Inc. held as lessee.1 A $10,000 additur was ordered by the lower court causing its judgment...
