It is alleged in this appeal that the trial court improperly granted appellee's motion for summary judgment because (1) the measurements of the platform-to-train gaps at the Federal Triangle Metro Station taken by one Brian Moriarty raise an issue of material fact as to whether the actual gaps exceeded appellee's design criteria, and (2) the evidence presented by appellant raised an issue of material fact as to whether the distance between the platform...
