In this action Polaroid Corporation ("Polaroid") contends that Eastman Kodak Company ("Kodak") has infringed twelve patents issued to Polaroid. All of the patents in suit relate to the process known as "instant photography". Kodak has denied infringement and has alleged that all of the patents are invalid or unenforceable.
