William Langton, a Massachusetts state prisoner, brought suit against certain named Department of Corrections personnel alleging that their conduct of a disciplinary hearing at which he was found guilty of planning to escape violated his "rights under the United States Constitution".1 The district court dismissed his pro se complaint without opinion for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted...
