Sharski, the defendant and appellant herein, appeals to this court from his conviction in the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, of the charge of attempted second degree arson, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-201 (Reissue 1979). The case was tried before a jury on April 16, 1980, which found the defendant guilty of the attempted second degree arson of the Quebec Lounge in Omaha...
