Mary Tripp and Charlene Foster appeal the granting of a summary judgment in favor of Judy Scott for misappropriation of estate assets.

The facts of this case are undisputed. Arthur Long was the natural father of Ms. Scott and the stepfather of Ms. Tripp and Ms. Foster.
