BASKIN, Judge.

Upon return of the jury verdict finding that appellee's loss of a portion of a finger was not the result of appellant's negligence, the trial court granted a new trial. The court based its ruling upon a finding that defense counsel's questions directed to the orthopedic surgeon who treated Mr. Dennard were prejudicial. We disagree and reverse the order granting a new trial.
