Patsy Ervin, petitioner, filed her petition for divorce from Gary Ervin, respondent. They were married on July 12, 1977, and they separated on May 17, 1979. On July 2, 1979, the wife executed a quitclaim deed to the husband of her "right, title and interest" in a tract of land.
