Nunior David Barker (David), an infant suing by his father and next friend, Ornan E. Barker, and Ornan E. Barker, in proper person,2 filed motions for judgment against Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad seeking damages resulting from injuries David sustained when his foot was crushed beneath the wheel of a railroad car.
