This is an appeal from an order overruling a Plea of Privilege. Mrs. Jay Grizzle, mother of Charles David Grizzle, Deceased, and Jerry Grizzle, Administrator of Charles David Grizzle's Estate, brought this suit for the alleged wrongful death of Charles David Grizzle arising out of a two vehicle accident occurring in Brazos County, Texas.
