After trial by jury the defendant was found guilty of receiving stolen property in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2561. On appeal three issues are briefed. The first is a claim of error in the denial of a motion for judgment of acquittal, based on the insufficiency of the evidence to establish the defendant's guilt.
