OPINION

PER CURIAM:

In this appeal we are required to determine if there is sufficient evidence to support the trial court's determination that Las Vegas Oriental, Inc., a landlord, breached the lease between it and Sabella's by virtue of its failure to provide adequate heating and air conditioning to a portion of the leased premises. Additionally, we must decide whether the damage award improperly included future profits. We affirm as to the breach. However...
