Following a jury trial, appellants were found guilty of kidnapping, D.C. Code 1973, § 22-2101; armed robbery, D.C. Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202; assault with intent to commit rape, D.C. Code 1973, § 22-502; and various related offenses arising from the abduction of a woman. On appeal, appellants challenge the trial court's denial of their motions to sever the trial of the codefendants...
