OPINION ON APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR REHEARING

ODOM, Judge.

This is an attempted appeal from a conviction for obscenity. V.T.C.A., Penal Code Sec. 43.23(c)(1). The punishment assessed by the trial court forms the basis of this "appeal."
