This is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court filed July 6, 1981, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 12-43.

The debtor Briarcliff is landlord and debtor in possession of a luxury apartment building. On August 3, 1977 Briarcliff filed a Chapter XII petition for real property arrangement under the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 as amended.
