PER CURIAM.

This is an interlocutory appeal from the Trial Court's (Goode, J.) denial of the defendant Henry J. Euler's motion for summary judgment. (RSA 491:8-a (Supp. 1979).) The motion was based upon the defendant's contention that the plaintiff's action was barred by the statute of limitations set forth in RSA 508:4 (Supp. 1979).

While denying the defendant's motion, the trial court did so without prejudice, and made no finding as to when the cause...
