("Vecco") became indebted to the Bank in the form of a Term Note ($900,000), and a Demand Note ($300,000) dated March 17, 1977. In connection with these notes, Vecco entered into a "Security Agreement" on even date granting the Bank a security interest in Vecco's "real estate...
