This case is before us upon application of the National Labor Relations Board (Board) under section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), for enforcement of its order issued against the Employer, Boston Beef Co., Inc., on September 30, 1980, and reported at 252 N.L.R.B.
