The people appeal by leave granted from a circuit court order of May 15, 1980, granting defendant's motion to suppress evidence. Defendant had been charged with bringing drugs or narcotics into a state prison in violation of MCL 800.281; MSA 28.1621. The motion was decided on the basis of the preliminary examination transcript.
