This is an appeal by plaintiff, Francis Rotello, from a summary judgment granted defendants, International Harvester Company (IHC) and International Harvester Credit Corporation (IHCC). Rotello sued IHC and IHCC to recover penalties and attorney fees for alleged violations of Tex.
