PER CURIAM.

On September 9, 1975, defendant was convicted by a Monroe County Circuit Court jury of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and was sentenced to a term of 15 to 40 years imprisonment. At the time of the conviction, defendant was serving a prison sentence for a federal kidnapping charge. In November of 1976, defendant was convicted in state court of second-degree murder for a death which occurred in 1973. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 40 to 60...
