LOTTINGER, Judge.

This is a suit for a writ of sequestration. Defendant reconvened, seeking to dissolve the sequestration, and asked for damages for wrongful issuance of the writ. After a hearing, the trial court resolved the issue of ownership and found that the sequestration was not wrongfully issued. Defendant has appealed.
