The defendant, Ronnie Knebel, was charged with driving while his license was revoked and illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor while on probation for the offense of burglary. Following a hearing, the defendant's probation was revoked, and he was sentenced to a three-year term of imprisonment for the original burglary offense.
