Defendant, Robert John Stahl, was charged with delivery of 50 or more grams, but less than 225 grams, of cocaine, in violation of MCL 333.7401(1), (2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(7401)(1), (2)(a)(iii). This charge arose out of defendant Stahl's delivery of two plastic bags containing a white powder substance to an undercover state trooper in exchange for $8,000.
