This is an appeal from an order of the Commonwealth Court, 44 Pa.Cmwlth. 493, 403 A.2d 1372, reversing an award of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board to appellant under the Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act.1 The appellant, pursuant to 42 Pa.
