The record establishes that in 1974 the Town of Oneonta adopted a zoning ordinance and, in subdivision 5.01 of section 5 thereof, it created zoning districts the boundaries of which "are shown on the map entitled `Town of Oneonta Zoning Map', a copy of which is attached to and hereby made a part of the Ordinance."
