The Kansas State Board of Healing Arts revoked the license of Robert M. Dickerson, M.D. The trial court dismissed Dickerson's appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Dickerson appeals.

The issues on appeal are solely procedural. The relevant events are as follows:

May 5, 1980: The petition was filed before the State Board to revoke Dickerson's license.
