Withdrawal of guilty plea. Billy Kight appeared before a superior court on February 6, 1980 with an appointed attorney and attempted to enter a plea of guilty to the offense of burglary. He was aware that the trial court would probably sentence him to serve a term of ten years. In the guilty plea procedure the appellant denied being present at the scene of the burglary (apparently committed by appellant's brother and another) but admitted taking possession...
