Appellant was convicted at a non-jury trial of tampering with physical evidence, Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2611 (Repl.1977), and was sentenced to two years imprisonment. Appellant contends that the judgment rendered below should be dismissed because it is not supported by evidence of guilt of the crime charged, and that the trial court erred in denying her motion for dismissal of the charges below.
