CARTER, Judge.

Defendant, G. O. Implement, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment for plaintiff in an action to enforce a security agreement. We affirm.

Plaintiff, Webster City Production Credit Association, had a perfected security interest in farm equipment and machinery possessed by Laws, Inc., a farming enterprise, and in the proceeds of such equipment and machinery to secure amounts owed it by Laws, Inc.
