This case comes before us on an appeal by the defendant, Thomas F. Killay, from his conviction for the crime of rape. Following a jury trial in the Superior Court, a judgment of conviction was entered and the defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI).
