Plaintiffs, Joseph and Mary Tripoli, appeal from an order which set aside a jury verdict in their favor and ordered a new trial on all issues. Defendants, Dominic and Genevieve Tripoli, Bruce Jacobs and Onondaga Landfill Systems, Inc.
