This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court rendered pursuant to a complaint for declaratory relief filed by Pin Pin H. Su (plaintiff) against Kemper Insurance Companies/American Motorists Insurance Company (Kemper) in respect to uninsured-motorist coverage of an automobile liability insurance contract. The policy was issued to the husband of the plaintiff and concededly covers her within its benefits...
