On October 23, 1980 Christopher L. Roberts, aka Christopher L. Moore filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in which he scheduled among his unsecured creditors an educational loan owed Kent State University. On February 23, 1981 Kent State filed a complaint seeking a determination of nondischargeability...
