PER CURIAM:
This case originated in a justice of the peace court where defendant was convicted by a jury of the traffic offense of failing to display an inspection sticker on his car.
He attacked the constitutionality of the statute which authorizes the appeal to this Court under Article VIII, § 9 of the Utah Constitution.
