Plaintiff Erma Liska appeals from grant of summary judgment for defendant bank on two petitions for damages for negligent and fraudulent administration of several trusts and the estate of plaintiff's husband. Plaintiff contends, essentially, that there was a genuine issue of material fact presented on the fraud allegation such that summary judgment should not have been granted and that the trial court incorrectly ruled that the plaintiff's malpractice...
